SENSA means "thoughts and teachings" in Latin. Our SENSA team personifies the company’s name by providing our clients objective analyses, best practices solutions, new approaches and thoughtful advice to solve organizational problems and expand capabilities. We find the best way to serve our clients is to practice what we preach: Within SENSA we employ best practices, we learn from each other, and we believe that our internal collaboration is the best way to design solutions that will ultimately best serve our clients.
SENSA has an experienced network of more than 70 consultants who primarily serve the Intelligence Community, the Department of Defense and other Federal agencies. All have at least ten years of consulting experience, working at both the strategic and tactical level. SENSA’s professionals have a solid understanding of the culture and missions of agencies in the Federal sector. They design, develop and implement programs that significantly impact how organizations and their employees work together. In addition, most of our consultants hold top-level security clearances.
