tied to mission goals. For each client, SENSA brings a proven process to move a
client from its current state to a defined future objective. We place a premium
on establishing meaningful measures of progress. The resultant comprehensive roadmaps
have helped hundreds of clients achieve their mission goals.
Change Management
Organizational change has become the norm rather than the exception in today's world.
Offices merge, employees are redirected, and missions grow. Most change requires
the integration of new knowledge, new technology, or new resources into the organization.
The experienced SENSA team applies proven change management models and techniques
to propose new procedures, structures, policies and technologies. These techniques
address the underlying human aspect of change. We identify steps to overcome resistance
to change and obtain buy-in from the people internal and external to the organization.
When appropriate, SENSA can plan and implement a planned intervention at any organizational
level in the agency or company.
Leadership Coaching
SENSA employs over thirty leadership coaches who serve as facilitators, motivators,
consultants and sounding boards. They assist the client and the organization to
achieve individual and professional goals. All SENSA coaches are certified through
programs affiliated with the International Coach Federation. More than half of these
coaches hold the highest level security clearances.
