SENSA Solutions Joins the Korn/Ferry Family of Companies as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary
On January 4, 2010 Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY) announced its acquisition of SENSA Solutions. SENSA joins Korn/Ferry as a wholly owned subsidiary and will continue to provide its clients management consulting services, specifically in the areas of organizational development, human capital, leadership coaching and training. With more than 90 offices in 39 countries Korn/Ferry is a premier global provider of talent management solutions. Based in Los Angeles, the firm delivers an array of solutions globally that help clients to attract, develop, retain and sustain their talent.
SENSA is a management consulting firm that collaborates with clients to provide "For Korn/Ferry, SENSA provides immediate access, expertise and experience in providing federal government clients with human capital solutions, a market that is robust and growing," said Gary D. SENSA’s current contracts will remain in place, as will its management structure, operations and location.
Vicki Tarallo, CEO of SENSA, joins Korn/Ferry and reports directly to Ana Dutra, CEO of Korn/Ferry's Leadership and Talent Consulting group. Tarallo will continue in her role as CEO of SENSA and will work to develop a broader platform for Korn/Ferry in the federal marketplace.
