Organizational Development Consultant
SENSA Solutions is currently seeking an Organizational Development consultant who can manage client relations and projects. Projects may include:
Facilitate discussions, meetings, working groups and self-directed teams
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop a change management approach
Provide continuous learning support to include mentoring and coaching
Assess organizational structures and effectiveness
Develop strategic communications
Manage large scale-projects
Develop business plans and models
The candidate must have demonstrated organizational consulting experience in working with senior leaders to develop strategies to lead/implement corporate strategic change initiatives.
A Bachelors degree is required, a Masters degree is preferred.
This position requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance level.

Administrative Support Officer
Skills required: good communication, problem solving, and organizational skills, ability to work in a team environment,
have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, must be able to
learn and utilize several Agency database systems required in this position.
The responsibilities for this position are:
Assist student enrollment in courses
Daily processing of registrants
Provide customer service to the public (including the Intel community and foreign governments, etc.) regarding class content, class
registration, class requirements, assist with travel inquiries, fielding questions about the curriculum; answer and promptly respond to
phone call and e-mails inquiries on both classified and unclassified phones and email servers
Participate in the development, analysis and documentation of certification requirements to include efficient and effective processes for
requesting, approval and tracking of certifications using automated tools
Generate and review project milestones and schedules.
Send participants confirmation letters, waitlist letters, or cancellation letters
Manage waitlist and no show list
Coordinate class schedules with room assignments
Disseminate information such as course catalog, class schedules and course descriptions
Provide statistical data used for making recommendations regarding future course offerings, generate reports from application databases
as needed
Update yearly course calendar
Maintain communications with instructors, provide/ prepare class materials, compile binders for classes as needed, provide roster, sign-in
sheet and course evaluation forms prior to each class running
Participate in program call (set up course schedule for next fiscal year)
Develop, follow, become knowledgeable, about documented processes and procedures and become familiar with files/ documents located
on shared drives; both classified and unclassified sides
